Volunteering with ASA
The success of our program is due to
nearly 200 volunteers who generously
contribute more than 15,000 hours each
year. Volunteers range in age from 17
to 70 and include people of all walks
of life.
Lifelong friends, hugs, smiles and tears
of joy are just some of the rewards that
our family of volunteers receive. We
provide all
of the necessary training for our volunteers.
No experience is necessary. Winter Sports Volunteering

Our name begins with the word ADAPTIVE. This is the key
to becoming a successful volunteer. Try different approaches to
teaching and communicating.

Use all of the resources available to you - staff, other instructors,
printed materials, parents/group leaders/teachers, etc.

Volunteers are not only valuable in our summer and winter programs
but are also needed to help in numerous other capacities such as
special events, office administration, marketing and virtually all
other aspects of running a small non profit business.
